Tamara was born in Santiago, Chile in 1988. She is a versatile singer and violinist, focused in South American and Latin American music.
In 2008, she begins a Bachelors in Music in Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación in Santiago, Chile. During her time in college she focused in performance, mainly vocal technique and violin.
Once achieving her undergraduate degree in Music, she also worked as a performance and music educator in Chile. She collaborated with Centro Cultural Nur, a Chilean non-profit Cultural Center whose mission is making low-income people involved with music and arts.
In 2013 Tamara is graduated with honors. The same year, she moves to Boston, Massachusetts with the main purpose of developing her professional career as a Musicologist.
Currently, she continues helping people to become involved with cultural activities by working with us. Tamara was also granted a merit-based scholarship to begin M.F.A. studies in Musicology at Brandeis University, through which she aims to contribute to the spreading of Chilean and Latin American musical culture
